Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time
Unless you notify us to the contrary by email or telephone, within fourteen (14) days of delivery of any Products, and such notification is confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of its receipt by us , the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you. We will accept product returns and provide you with, at our discretion a replacement for the Product (subject to availability) a refund or repair where: the Product delivered is faulty or is not of merchantable quality; but does not include damage caused by misuse, or the Product delivered is not fit for its intended purpose, or the Product delivered does not match the description on the Site, or covered under a warranty from the manufacturer.
Any products that are specially ordered in or are a non-stock line are non-returnable,

Orders placed before 12 midday AEST will leave same day if stock available. If your order is placed after 12 midday AEST, it will be shipped the next business day.
All Orders up to 5KG or up to 10KG that can be sent in multiple bags will ship via Australia Post or TNT express Satchel.
All other orders will require a phone call or email to discuss shipping options
Please note that our carrier companies’ Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas
All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.
Most freight will require a signature upon delivery unless they are being delivered to a PO Box. If no one is available to sign for the order, it may be re-directed to the nearest depot, from where you can collect it.
